These are samples of different types of documents I have created. They are best viewed if downloaded first as some of them are rather large. These documents were all composed completely by me from nothing. I collected all information, generated all text and graphics, created the templates, styles, layout and formatting.

  1. Company Registration Functional Requirements Document.pdf (1.25MB)- this is a comprehensive use case and requirements specification for a part of a larger system.
  2. Documentation related to the implementation of a Change Management process
    The concept document: AIPAC_Change_Management_Model.pdf (121K)
    The step-by-step instructions: AIPAC_CM_Step-By-Step_Instructions.pdf (284K)
    The training presentation: AIPAC_Change_Management_Training.pdf (272K)
  3. Documentation I prepared regarding a particularly sticky technical requirements issue.
    Presentation: ATMS_WorkItem_Rights_Discussion_05-24-2006.ppt (659K)
    Report: ATMS_Paradigm_Shift.pdf (272K)
  4. ePublication Concept Document.pdf (335K)- this is an application concept document to illustrate my requirements definition and analysis abilities.
  5. RPS Developer Handbook (2,930K) - This is a general guideline for developers at RPS, including the system development life cycle, version control, unit testing, and status reporting.
  6. Project Score Card System (1,963K) - this is the concept document for a project management system I designed and coded in Visual Basic.
  7. On-Site_Procedures_for_Clients (542K) - this started out as the user guide for the centralized Client Management/Workflow/Help Desk system, but turned into the procedures for all employees. The template was set up to customize the document for each client, putting their name on the pages, etc.

Here is supporting documentation regarding me.

  1. JASPER Test Results (254K) - this is a Job Assets & Strengths Profiler report that pretty accurately describes me.
  2. Meyers-Briggs Test Results (1K) - this contains the results of several online Meyer-Briggs Type Indicator tests I took.
